We are operating as normal within Welsh Government Guidelines regarding social distancing, we can still supply a quotation and we can still clear your property, I can meet you at your property observing social distancing guidelines or I can collect the keys from you, you can post them to me or you can leave them at the property in a safe place whichever method you prefer.

We are currently receiving very high demand for our house and office clearance services, I can still supply a quotation to clear your property but the soonest we would be able to undertake a clearance for you subject to our quotation being acceptable would be the 20th November 2020, if you require a property cleared before this date I'm sorry but we wouldn't be able to help.

The restrictions on viewing occupied properties were lifted on Monday 27 July and prospective buyers and tenants can now make appropriate arrangements with landlords, agents or property owners to view properties. Everyone involved in the process should follow social distancing and handwashing and respiratory hygiene guidance.

Estate agents, surveyors or " removal workers " are allowed into a property. They need to follow the physical distancing in the workplace guidance, travelling to a property to make these arrangements inside or outside of your local lockdown areas would be classed as a resonable excuse for travel, although meetings should only take place by appointment only and everyone involved should travel to the property alone where possible.
