N.A.C Property Clearance specializes in house and office clearances, including the removal of general domestic household items and office furniture for resale, donation, recycling, or disposal. We do not undertake the following services:
Demolition or building works
Removal of builders’ waste, hardcore or green waste
Clearance of unsafe, derelict, or hazardous properties
Handling of hazardous materials, including asbestos, sharps, chemical, or biological waste
Clients may request a written quotation in person, by post, or via email. If the client cannot attend the property, we can arrange key collection and return via an estate agent, solicitor, or a designated representative.
The quoted price is the final price—there are no hidden charges or deposits required.
Payment is requested only after the completion of the clearance and upon the client’s full satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact Mark Parry using the details above. We are committed to resolving complaints quickly and efficiently.
We take full responsibility for all aspects of our service, from the initial inquiry to the completion of the clearance.
We are available for direct contact 8 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week (except when attending to another customer).
Payment will not be requested until the customer confirms full satisfaction with the service.
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the agreed terms.
While we aim to complete clearances on the agreed date and time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform the client and arrange an alternative date at the earliest convenience.
Clients must ensure that all items not intended for clearance are either removed in advance or clearly marked as "not to be taken" to prevent any confusion.
We do not remove fixtures and fittings unless explicitly requested and included in the quotation.
While we sweep and vacuum the premises after clearance, we do not provide deep cleaning services.
Some large furniture items may require dismantling for safe removal.
Clients must confirm that they have the legal authority to authorize the removal, recycling, or disposal of the contents of the property. By engaging our services, the client:
Indemnifies N.A.C Property Clearance from any costs, claims, or legal disputes arising due to lack of authority to dispose of the property’s contents.
Confirms that any paperwork removed is not confidential and that all computer hard drives have been either wiped or removed before clearance.
Indemnifies N.A.C Property Clearance from any data breach claims due to failure to properly secure personal data before clearance.
Domestic Clearances: Payment is required within three (3) days of job completion by cash, cheque, or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise.
Commercial Clearances: Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
All charges are subject to VAT where applicable.
Once a clearance is booked, that date is reserved exclusively for the client. If the client cancels the service less than 7 days before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee may apply.
If we are unable to replace the cancelled booking, the client may be charged for labor, transport, and clearance costs as outlined in the quotation.
To avoid cancellation fees, clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice using the contact details provided on the quotation.
