I am Mark Parry T/A N.A.C Property Clearance my registered office is my home address, the reason my registered office is my home address is simple when you contact me to supply a quotation or ask me to clear a property for you I will ask you to supply me with your personal details, your home address and contact number, etc, so I think it's only fair that you have mine, all my business paperwork will have all my personal details clearly noted on them.

About Us:
Please Note: We specialize in House & Office clearances only, the removal of all general domestic household items and office furniture and equipment for resale or donation, recycling or disposal, we do not undertake any demolition or building works or remove builders waste, we do not clear any unsafe or derelict properties or properties that contain hazardous materials or hazardous waste, i.e Asbestos, Sharps, Chemical or Biological Waste.
Quotations:
I can meet you at the property or arrange to collect the keys from an estate agent, solicitor, or family representative if you cannot attend the property yourself and return them after I have priced the clearance, I can give you a written quotation on the day or send your quotation by post or by e-mail whichever method you prefer.
Charges:
There are no hidden charges or deposit to pay, the price we quote is the price you pay and only after the clearance is completed and you are totally satisfied with our work will payment be requested.
Complaints Procedure:
Your Satisfaction is important to me, please tell me if you are not satisfied, I would like to put it right, contact me via the address, telephone numbers or e-mail address above, I have a simple complaints procedure, I take full responsibility for all aspects of my business, from the initial contact with a customer right through to completion of a clearance and unless I am with another customer I am always contactable 8 am - 8 pm - 7 days a week, please remember we will not request payment until you are totally satisfied with our services so it is within our own best interest to deal with and resolve any complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Basis of Service:
These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and us for the supply of our services, we will provide our service with reasonable care and skill, we will endeavor to undertake the clearance on the date and time agreed but there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, in this case, we will inform you and if necessary arrange a revised date as soon as possible.
Please Remember:
To ensure all items that are not to be cleared are taken beforehand or moved to one area of the property and clearly identified as "not to be taken" to avoid any confusion, we will not remove any fixtures and fittings in the property unless requested and quoted for, please note we are a clearance company, not a cleaning company, however, we do sweep up and hoover carpets after the clearance is complete, please be aware we may need to dismantle some larger items of furniture to remove them from the property safely.
You Must:
Confirm that you have the full authority for us to collect and recycle/dispose of the contents of the property as we see fit, resale or donation, recycling or disposal, you shall indemnify us from any cost or expense we suffer or incur from any third party because of you not having the authority for us to clear the property.
You must confirm that all paperwork we remove from the property is not of a confidential nature and that all computers etc have had their hard drives wiped or removed as these items will be recycled through normal recycling channels, you shall indemnify us from any claim of the data breach that may arise from any third party because you have not taken the necessary precautions regarding data protection.
Payment:
For domestic clearances, payment within 3 days after completion of the clearance by cash, cheque, or Bank transfer unless otherwise agreed all charges are subject to VAT, our payment terms for commercial clearances are 30 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once you have booked a clearance with us it means that we have reserved this date and time in our schedule to transport your goods for resale or donation, recycling, or disposal, if you cancel the clearance with less than 7 days notice before it is scheduled to take place and we cannot book another job for the same period you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the labor, transportation, and clearance fee costs combined as detailed on the quotation, to avoid a cancellation fee please provide cancellation notice via the contact details on the quotation at least 7 days prior to the clearance date.
Privacy Policy:
Myself personally and N.A.C Property Clearance respects every individual's right to personal privacy, all the clearance images displayed on this site are with the express permission of the property owner, we will never share your information with anyone, my website is hosted by Google and maintained by myself alone, we do not use any contact us forms on this site and we only take payments via cash, cheque or bank transfer so we do not collect any personal or financial information.
